Torxen Oil & Gas Ltd. is currently looking for qualified candidates for the role of Contract Administrator on a 3-Day /week contract to assist in the issuing of our company’s standard master agreements and Open Invoice PriceBooks with our supplier base. The Contract Administrator will analyze and interpret a wide range of information.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the execution of standard MSA’s (Master Service Agreements) – Work with suppliers to issue agreements and work with supply chain and Legal on any requested changes

  • Work with suppliers to initiate and execute Pricebooks in Open Invoice

  • Manage the follow up with suppliers PriceBooks pricing discrepancies

  • Actioning new supplier requests from internal stakeholders

  • Assist with setting up ComplyWorks

  • Adhoc spend reporting

  • Issue Purchase Orders where required

  • Assist stakeholders with lower value request for quotes

  • Assist with implementing supply chain processes

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 

  • Diploma or Certificate in supply chain, business, and/or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and related experience

  • 3-4 years related experience

  • Self-starter, curious with an attention to detail

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills

  • Basic knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to supply contracts

  • Open Invoice experience an asset

  • Proficient with MS Office 365 including SharePoint

  • Good organizational skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
